André Feigler

Andre Feigler found her love of ballet at the Ballet School of Chapel Hill in 1992. She had the honor of studying under M’Liss Dorrance, Jennifer Potts, Katie Wakeford and others, as well as the joy of performing with Chapel Hill Dance Theater (CHDT) and the Duke Ballet Repertory Ensemble in original works by Tyler Walters and M’Liss Dorrance. She spent summers training at Joffrey Ballet School, Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, University of North Carolina School of the Arts (formerly NCSA) and Rosella Hightower’s École Supérieur de Danse. She attended Barnard College, Columbia University, where she minored in dance and performed in works by choreographers Daniel Gwirtzman, Adam Hougland and others. She later taught with Teach For America and recently exited an education business that she founded after a successful acquisition. Andre is thrilled to be joining the talented faculty at the Ballet School and reconnecting with her love of dance.
